Date: 12 Nov 2025Company: Air Arabia Egypt (E5)Location:Cairo, EGCountry: EGJob PurposeCarries out and supervises Line-level maintenance tasks on Air Arabia Egypt aircrafts within the ECAR A&C License Category, ensuring the required work is performed, certified and recorded accurately and timely in accordance with Air Arabia and regulatory requirements.Key Result ResponsibilitiesReviews assigned maintenance work with the Manager to gain full understanding of tasks, their relative priorities, documentation requirements and cautions, prior to starting work. Prepares and performs scheduled aircraft maintenance, ensuring that the required documentation, parts, tools and GSE are obtained and used for each task. Performs defect troubleshooting and rectification in accordance with Aircraft Maintenance Manuals and instructions provided by the MCC and Engineering departments. Protects airworthiness, ensuring aircrafts are dispatched in a fully compliant condition and configuration, inspected and tested in accordance with approved maintenance procedures. Signs off maintenance tasks performed or supervised within the scope of own authorization, verifying that the aircraft technical log and associated documents have been completed to the required standard following completion of all maintenance. Manages communications with other engineers, Technicians, Flight Crew and MCC related to the assigned tasks, providing accurate, timely reports on the readiness and airworthiness of the aircraft Takes positive steps to protect self and other persons in the area of the maintenance activity from any possible injury, including the use of proper GSE and protective equipment. Representing Air Arabia Egypt: presents a positive and competent image of technical professionalism to RBG Flight Crews, other companies’ personnel and RBG customers. Qualifications (Academic, Training, Languages)Holds ECAA LWTR For Large Aircraft, and hold Maintenance License and company maintenance approvals on the Airbus A320 with CFM engine FOR A&C Category Ability to obtain an unrestricted ECAA LWTR A&C Category License. Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of airframe and engine systems and maintenance practices. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English to a good standard for technical communications. Good computer skills (Microsoft Office). Work ExperienceExternal applicants At least 2 years’ experience certifying maintenance on the Airbus A320 family of aircraft. At least 5 years’ experience in a Line or Base Maintenance environment. Internal Applicants Licensed on A320 in B1 category. Good performance record.
