Semicode LLC is an innovative tech startup specializing in Gamification and Custom Game Development for enterprises. We are looking for a B2B Business Development Representative with a "Sales Hunter" mindset to spearhead our expansion into the Saudi Arabian market.This is NOT a traditional sales role. You will be responsible for building high-level strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in the Gulf region, focusing on Outbound Prospecting and Lead Qualification.What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)• B2B Outreach: Identify and connect with potential B2B clients in KSA (e.g., Large Retail Chains, F&B Groups, and Corporate Enterprises) via LinkedIn and professional email.• Social Selling: Build trust and rapport with decision-makers without using robotic or generic templates.• Pipeline Management: Research, hunt, and qualify leads to ensure a steady flow of high-ticket opportunities.• Meeting Setting: Book discovery meetings and demos for our leadership team to finalize the closing process.• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on Saudi market trends to position our gamification solutions effectively.Who You Are (Requirements)• B2B Specialist: Proven experience in B2B Sales or Business Development (Experience in Tech/Agencies is a major plus).• KSA Market Savvy: Comfortable and professional in dealingwith the Saudi business culture and etiquette.• The Hunter Mindset: Proactive, persistent, and highly skilled in "opening doors" that seem closed.• Excellent Communicator: Fluency in Arabic (Gulf dialect awareness is a plus) and professional English.• Self-Driven: Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision.Why Join Us?• USD Commission: Competitive EGP base salary + 5% to 10% commission paid in USD (Deal sizes: $5k - $50k+).•Startup Growth: Be part of our founding growth team with high potential for leadership roles. A solid existing network within the Saudi F&B, Hospitality, or Retail sectors is a massive advantage.Prospecting Mastery: Exceptional skills in outbound sales methodologies, including Cold Calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and crafting high-converting cold emails.Tech-Savvy: Ability to quickly understand and passionately pitch technical solutions (Gamification, Custom Games, Tech Demos) to non-technical C-level executives and business owners.Tools & CRM: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce) to track leads, manage pipelines, and report on KPIs accurately.Communication Skills: Flawless written and spoken Arabic and English.
