At CP, our sales team currently owns the full employer cycle from lead generation to close, leaning heavily on cold outbound. We're good at it, but we're getting close to hitting the ceiling of what outbound alone can do. Deliverability is harder, inboxes are crowded, and great prospects are tuning out. We are now looking for a B2B Growth Manager who can help us reach more employers and build a team around them to help them do so in the coming months. That's where you come in. We're looking for a Growth Marketer with B2B experience to build our inbound engine from the ground up. Your job is to bring us employers who already want to hire an intern or graduate, so sales can focus on closing rather than opening. You'll own the systems, campaigns, and automated workflows that make it happen, working across paid ads, retargeting, email, marketing automation, AI tools.
