The B2B Sales Advisor will be responsible for selling YourParts’ product portfolio to fleet owners, logistics companies, rental operators, corporate fleets, and other commercial customers. This is a field-facing role combining consultative selling, territory management, and technical product knowledge. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, manage the sales cycle end-to-end, and deliver tailored solutions that reduce downtime and total cost of ownership for fleet customers.Develop and manage a sales territory focused on fleet and commercial accounts.Generate new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, industry events, and referrals.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (fleet managers, maintenance supervisors, procurement).Conduct needs analysis and present consultative, value-driven proposals tailored to fleet requirements (parts, kits, service agreements).Manage the full sales cycle: lead qualification, product demonstrations, quotations, negotiations, contract closure, and handover to operations for fulfillment.Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs (new accounts, revenue, average order value, retention).Maintain accurate CRM records (opportunities, pipeline, customer interactions) and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure timely delivery, warranty support, and high customer satisfaction.Provide product and technical guidance to customers; escalate complex technical issues to product specialists when needed.Promote cross-selling and upselling of complementary products and services.Represent YourParts at industry trade shows, fleet meetups, and customer site visits; prepare and deliver presentations when required.Support post-sale relationship management to drive renewals, repeat business, and referrals. Essential qualifications & experienceEngineering degree (mechanical, automotive, electrical, or related) — mandatory.0–3 years of experience in sales, field service, technical support, or a related customer-facing role; experience selling to fleets or in aftermarket/automotive sectors is an advantage.Must own a personal car and be willing to travel across the assigned territory frequently.Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build credibility with technical and procurement stakeholders.Consultative selling mindset with proven ability to identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions.Basic technical understanding of automotive parts, maintenance practices, and fleet operations.Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and mobile sales tools.Proactive, results-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities.Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.PreferredPrior exposure to B2B sales processes, tendering, or contract negotiations.Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like environments.Core competencies & behaviorsCustomer-first attitude with strong problem-solving skills.Persuasive communicator and active listener.Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.Team player who collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver value.High integrity and professional presentation.
