The RoleWe are seeking a driven and people-focused B2B Sales Coach to develop, mentor, and elevate a high-performing sales team serving the USA & Canada market. In this role, you will focus on coaching sales representatives to enhance their performance across the full sales cycle— from prospecting and conducting calls to closing deals and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.The ideal candidate is a hands-on coach with strong B2B sales experience, a proven track record in telesales or inside sales environments (preferably offshore or remote teams), and a deep understanding of consultative selling. You thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment and lead by example—empowering others to consistently improve performance and drive revenue growth.
