Company DescriptionJob DescriptionEnsures the administration, service and bar operation.Provide training and guidance to all service and bar personnel assigned in the restaurant or bar in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.Ensures that the financial goals of the outlet have been achievedFollows up the implementation of the Policies and Procedures in operating the restaurant and bar.Ensures sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies for service and bar.Responsible for maintaining the sanitation standards in the outlet.Provides functional assistance to the staff during peak periods.Ensures proper scheduling of manpower in the outlet to suit volume of business.Prepares annual operating budget in conjunction with Director of F&B and F&B Manager.Maximizes profitability of the restaurant by increasing turnover and controlling costs. Establishes guest service standards that meet the needs of the target market and are in line with the operating concept of the restaurant and room service.Ensures all operating standards comply with company policies.Monitors and analyses menus and products of competitive restaurants and room serviceKnows and understands the job description of all position in the restaurant service and bar, capable of performing the tasks as required.Knows and understands all the food and beverage policies and procedures.Recognizes good quality products and presentation.Directs all efforts in the restaurant service to maintain all service standards established for food and beverage service department.Follows the cleaning schedule established for the restaurant and bar section.Follows up in the implementation of truth in menu and advertising.QualificationsA luxury service focus, distinguished presence and elevated emotional intelligence is essential.Five years in a food and beverage senior leadership role in a large operational team with multiple outlets.Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong networking skills with proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.Ability to communicate clearly.Experience in building a strong team cultureA record of high performance and achievement.Fluency in English.Ability to related to all levels in the organization, ability to work under pressure.Has strong experience in hotel, good communication skills.Additional Information
