Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled, creative, and customer-focused Mixologist to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, creating innovative cocktail experiences, and delivering exceptional guest service in a professional and lively environment. The Mixologist plays a key role in enhancing guest satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of beverage quality, hygiene, and bar operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and specialty beverages according to company and hotel standards.Design and introduce signature cocktails, seasonal drinks, and promotional beverage menus.Ensure consistency in beverage taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.Provide excellent guest service by interacting professionally with customers and offering beverage recommendations.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.Monitor stock levels, inventory usage, and report shortages or damaged items to management.Assist in beverage costing, stock rotation, and waste control procedures.Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service regulations.Verify guest identification when required and ensure compliance with legal drinking age policies.Support hotel events, theme nights, private functions, and promotional activities.Operate bar tools, coffee machines, blenders, and POS systems safely and efficiently.Handle billing, cash, and card transactions accurately when required.Work closely with bartenders, waiters, chefs, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.Train and mentor junior bar staff on drink preparation, service standards, and guest interaction.Stay updated on international beverage trends, new mixology techniques, and premium products.Ensure all garnishes, ingredients, and supplies are prepared and stocked before service periods.Respond quickly and professionally to guest feedback or complaints to maintain customer satisfaction.RequirementsProven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in hotels, clubs, lounges, restaurants, or upscale bars.Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology techniques, wines, spirits, and beverage pairings.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Understanding of beverage costing, inventory control, and bar profitability.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.Knowledge of international hospitality standards is preferred.
