๐ We're Hiring: Presales Lead โ BPO๐ Location: OnsiteKey Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end bid process (RFPs, RFQs, proposals).Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Operations, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders.Develop winning bid strategies and ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.Manage bid timelines, proposal documentation, and content repository.Support contract negotiations and drive continuous improvement in bid processes.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.5+ years of BPO Presales/Bid Management experience.Proven success in managing complex bids and winning large contracts.Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); CRM knowledge is a plus.
