The organization attributes its growth and success to its people and focuses on creating an environment where talent can thrive and contribute to impactful projects.We are hiring a Bilingual Customer Support Agent to join our team for a travel agency account based in Maadi, Cairo.Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound calls and chats from customersAssist with travel-related inquiries (bookings, changes, cancellations, etc.)Provide accurate information and high-quality customer serviceEnsure customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficientlyRequirements:Fluency in French (spoken and written) is a mustEnglish proficiency at B2 level or higherPrevious experience in a travel account is requiredStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and work under pressureWork Conditions:Rotational shifts: 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational)Hybrid working modelLocation: Maadi, Cairo
