Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Travel Advisor for a full-time on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. As a Travel Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organizing travel arrangements, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. You will provide personalized travel recommendations and manage bookings, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients. Collaborating with other team members, the Travel Advisor will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. QualificationsProven customer service and customer satisfaction skills, ensuring a positive client experienceExcellent communication abilities, including clear and professional verbal and written skillsExperience with travel arrangements and working in a travel agency environmentKnowledge of booking systems and proficiency in handling travel logisticsA detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving skillsFluency in English; additional languages are a plusBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
