The role involves assisting customers with end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and related services, while ensuring accurate information and timely support in both French and English. The Travel Advisor will respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolve issues, handle changes or cancellations, and provide recommendations aligned with customer preferences and company policies. Daily responsibilities also include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel products, policies, and systems, documenting interactions, and contributing to high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.Qualifications Customer-focused skills: ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and deliver high-quality Customer Service.Strong interpersonal skills: excellent Communication abilities in both French and English, written and verbal.Travel expertise: experience with Travel Arrangements and familiarity with Travel Agency operations and tools.Relevant background: prior experience in customer support or travel advisory roles is highly beneficial.Technical and organizational skills: comfort with CRM and booking systems, attention to detail, and effective time management.Education: diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, business, languages, or a related field is an advantage.Work style: ability to work in a hybrid environment, collaborate within a team, and handle a fast-paced, multi-cultural setting.
