The role involves conducting outbound cold calls to healthcare professionals and medical facilities to introduce and promote medical products and services, following approved scripts and compliance guidelines. The representative will qualify leads, gather and update customer information, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings to support the sales pipeline. Daily tasks include explaining product features and benefits, addressing inquiries, and documenting interactions in CRM systems. The role also requires collaborating with sales and marketing teams, meeting performance targets, and consistently maintaining a professional and customer-focused communication style.Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Medical Sales, with the ability to identify needs, present solutions, and support sales conversion through cold calling.Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and persuasive presentation abilities.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on building rapport, handling objections, and maintaining a professional demeanor.Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to confidently discuss medical products and understand healthcare terminology.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field are preferred.Previous experience in telemarketing, call center environments, or medical sales is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, meet performance targets, and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using CRM and office productivity tools are beneficial.
