The firm offers locally managed operations to maintain clear communication, consistent standards, and accountability throughout all project phases.Role DescriptionThis is a remote, work from home, contract-based role for a BIM Architect / Designer / Project Manager. The role involves managing and producing architectural and construction drawings, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools for project execution, and preparing and reviewing submittals. Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings, with a solid understanding of design principles.Advanced skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings relevant to complex and large-scale projects.REVIT knowledge is a must Experience in preparing and reviewing Submittals with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Strong project management and coordination capabilities, emphasizing clear communication and adherence to standards.Familiarity with high-rise and large-scale projects is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field is preferred.PROVEN Proficiency in associated design software such as Revit or AutoCAD.Ability to work independently and effectively within remote team environments.Work schedule Cairo time start Sunday to Thursday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm to work collaborative with Colombia Team
