BIM ArchitectLocation: Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt (On-site)Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated BIM Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing architectural BIM models while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards throughout all design and construction phases.The role includes preparing and updating architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, integrating design changes into BIM models, supporting clash detection and model coordination, reviewing technical submittals, and maintaining project documentation. The BIM Architect will also participate in design reviews, provide technical support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM standards and workflows.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Architecture and Interior Design.- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.- Practical experience with Navisworks Manage for Clash Detection and Model Coordination.- Good knowledge of BIM 360, LOD (Level of Development), and BIM standards.- Experience in developing Architectural BIM models and construction documentation.- Ability to prepare, review, and coordinate technical submittals.- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other BIM/CAD software.- Knowledge of local building codes and construction practices.- Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.- Previous experience in an engineering consultancy firm and on large-scale commercial projects is highly preferred.How to ApplyPlease send your CV and Portfolio to:📧 mina.lotfy@consult-perfect.comOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
