We prioritize high-quality design solutions that optimize construction, operational, and maintenance costs, offering services ranging from feasibility studies to construction documentation and quality control.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Mid-Level BIM Architectural Engineer at SUMMITS PMC located in El Dokki, Giza.The BIM Architectural Engineer will be responsible for developing and coordinating architectural BIM models, supporting multidisciplinary design coordination, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality and sustainable BIM outputs across project stages.The role involves collaboration with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure design consistency, compliance with project requirements, and adherence to BIM standards and workflows.Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit (LOD 300–400).Produce accurate architectural models, drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.Prepare detailed architectural shop drawings from BIM models for construction and coordination purposes.Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines to ensure design consistency and project requirements.Perform clash detection and assist in model coordination using Autodesk Navisworks.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and follow BIM Execution Plans (BEP).Apply company BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements throughout project development.Review architectural drawings and specifications to identify conflicts, missing information, and coordination issues.Participate in model reviews and quality control processes to ensure model accuracy and compliance.Support the development and updating of BIM models throughout design and construction stages.Prepare organized architectural drawing packages for different project phases.Assist in ensuring compliance with project requirements, company standards, and applicable codes and regulations.Work with BIM collaboration platforms such as BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).Contribute to project coordination meetings and support the resolution of design and coordination issues.Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams to resolve design, modeling, and construction-related conflicts.Maintain model integrity, accuracy, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.4–5 years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling, Shop Drawings, and BIM Coordination.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural BIM modeling, documentation, and shop drawing production.Strong proficiency in Autodesk Navisworks for model coordination, clash detection, and coordination reporting.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.Experience in multidisciplinary coordination with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).Strong coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Familiarity with Egyptian and Saudi building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.Knowledge of international building codes and regulations is preferred.Familiarity with sustainable design principles and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) is an advantage.
