BIM Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage BIM-related activities across consultation projects, ensuring accurate modeling, integration with GIS and infrastructure data, and compliance with client and QSIT standards. Support project teams in delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions for design, planning, and presales activities.Coordinate BIM processes and workflows across multiple consultation projects.Ensure accurate and up-to-date BIM models are maintained for architectural, structural, and MEP elements.Facilitate collaboration between design, GIS, and project teams to resolve modeling conflicts.Conduct BIM quality checks and validate models against project specifications and client requirements.Support integration of BIM data with GIS and other technical systems.Prepare technical documentation, reports, and visualizations derived from BIM models.Monitor project timelines and ensure BIM deliverables are submitted according to schedule.Provide technical guidance and support to team members on BIM software and standards.Keep updated on the latest BIM tools, techniques, and industry best practices.Assist in training or mentoring junior BIM staff within the Consultation BU.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.5 years of experience in BIM coordination or management.Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar) and visualization tools.Knowledge of GIS integration and data management is a plus.Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP workflows.Experience in quality control and validation of BIM models.Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.Experience in consultation, presales, or project support is an advantage.
