By leveraging advancedtechnologies and industry knowledge, MAX360 supports clients in delivering projects withgreater efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.Job DescriptionMAX360 is seeking an innovative and highly technical BIM Developer to join our global team.The successful candidate will be responsible for creating custom automation tools, developingscripts, and optimizing BIM workflows across our architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.By leveraging Revit APIs, Dynamo, custom programming, AI-driven technologies, and databaseintegrations, you will help our production teams eliminate repetitive tasks, improve datamanagement, and increase overall efficiency. In this role, you will bridge the gap betweentraditional engineering practices, software development, and data science to deliver high-quality,intelligent results on complex international projects.Key Responsibilities:· Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot custom Dynamo scripts and Revit add-ins using Pythonand C#.· Automate repetitive BIM tasks, including model setup, batch processing, data extraction, andquality control processes.· Connect BIM models to external databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to establishdynamic, bi-directional data linkage between Revit and external platforms.· Build and maintain data visualization dashboards (using PowerBI or similar tools) to trackproject health, model metrics, and coordination progress.· Explore and implement AI-driven workflows and Generative Design methodologies tooptimize geometry generation, space planning, and automated clash resolution.· Collaborate with coordination and drafting teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and developtailored technological solutions.· Manage and structure complex BIM data environments (JSON, XML, IFC) to support accuratematerial schedules, lifecycle management, and project deliverables.· Provide technical support, documentation, and training to internal staff on newly developedtools and optimized workflows.Qualifications:· 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination with a strong focus on automation, computationaldesign, and tool development.· Advanced proficiency in Dynamo visual programming and custom node creation.· Strong programming skills utilizing Python, C#, and the Revit API.· Practical experience querying, structuring, and managing data using SQL or NoSQL databasesis a plus· Proven ability to connect architectural data to reporting and visualization software likePowerBI is a plus· Deep technical understanding of Revit functionalities across multiple disciplines (Architecture,Structure, MEP).· Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with international clientsand technical teams.Additional Qualifications:· Degree in Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.· Familiarity with leveraging Machine Learning concepts or AI APIs to assist in AECworkflows, data parsing, or internal tool development.· Basic knowledge of front-end or back-end web development (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React,Node.js) to support custom dashboard deployment.· Familiarity with cloud-based BIM collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360 / AutodeskConstruction Cloud).· Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, fast-pacedenvironment.· Experience mentoring peers on digital workflows and software adoption.What We Offer· Competitive salary tailored to skills and experience.· Flexible working hours and work-from-home policy.· Private medical insurance coverage.· Involvement in diverse, high-profile international projects.· A collaborative, flexible, and innovation-driven workplace.· Opportunities for continuous professional development and training.· A supportive culture that values growth, teamwork, and creativity.
