By leveraging advancedtechnologies and industry knowledge, MAX360 supports clients in delivering projects withgreater efficiency, accuracy, and innovation.Job Description:MAX360 is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Engineer to join our global team.The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for producing precise architectural shopdrawings and detailed CAD drafting, while also supporting our BIM projects. While a significantportion of your day-to-day work will focus on traditional 2D drafting and shop drawings, youwill also utilize your BIM and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) expertise to developmodels and resolve coordination challenges on designated projects. By balancing these draftingand modeling responsibilities, you will help maintain design integrity and deliver high-qualityresults on complex international projects.Key Responsibilities:· Develop highly detailed architectural shop drawings and CAD deliverables, in addition tocreating BIM models as required by specific project scopes.· Apply BIM and VDC workflows on designated projects to improve collaboration, detectclashes, and ensure accuracy.· Coordinate architectural designs and models with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams toresolve design discrepancies.· Ensure all deliverables comply with project requirements, codes, and standards.· Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare accurate material schedules.· Draft and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) to clarify missing or conflicting designdetails.· Produce comprehensive as-built drawings upon project completion.Qualifications:· 2–3 years of experience in architectural discipline (Drafting and Modeling)· Proficiency in Revit (Architecture) and AutoCAD is essential.· Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction drawings, and design workflows.· Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with international clientsand teams.· Familiarity with U.S.-based architectural standards is an advantage.Additional Qualifications:· Knowledge of U.S. building codes and architectural standards (IBC, ADA, etc.).· Experience across a variety of project types (residential, commercial, industrial, institutional).· Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, collaborative team environment.· Strong understanding of BIM coordination processes and LOD standards.· Experience mentoring or guiding junior architects/drafters.What We Offer:· Competitive salary tailored to skills and experience.· Flexible working hours and work-from-home policy.· Private medical insurance coverage.· Involvement in diverse, high-profile international projects.· A collaborative, flexible, and innovation-driven workplace.· Opportunities for continuous professional development and training.· A supportive culture that values growth, teamwork, and creativity.
