The work environment encourages learning, collaboration, and innovation in the automation field.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site BMS Sales Engineer role based in Qesm 2nd Nasser City. The BMS Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities for building management systems, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, understanding customer requirements, designing suitable BMS solutions, and presenting system capabilities to clients and stakeholders. The role involves coordinating with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate specifications, smooth handover, and successful implementation. The BMS Sales Engineer will also provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, maintain strong customer relationships, and track market trends and competitor activity.QualificationsStrong foundation in Sales Engineering and BMS solution design, with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical proposals.Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including pipeline management, negotiation, and maintaining long-term client relationships.Experience in Technical Support for building automation or related systems, including troubleshooting and coordinating with technical teams.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client presentations, proposal development, and internal coordination.Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.Knowledge of building automation, HVAC controls, and BMS platforms; familiarity with vendors such as Automated Logic or Schneider Electric is an advantage.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and tender documents.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.Comfort working on-site with clients, conducting surveys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools; valid ability to travel locally for client visits as required.
