To manage the branch and ensure acquisition of quality portfolio and customer profiling requirements as per bank’s established policies.To identify the new business opportunities within the local trade boundaries through boarder market knowledge Predict customer attrition ratio based on trend analysis and market dynamics by monitoring customer behavior to maintain it at the lower level.Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by defining roles &responsibilities & monitoring branch resources in order to consistently meet the set service delivery standards.To consistently achieve acceptable risk rating by adhering to Bank operating and Credit polices and procedures and monitor expectations and facilitate accounting controls to minimize operational errors and losses out of customer acquisition.Set job objectives and perform timely review to measure performance and identify staff development and training needs To ensure clarify among staff and job competencies required to effective achieve business goals.Identify and reward high performers and implement an effective retention program for critical staffInteract with Product Development team to provide Feedback on the local market dynamics.
