Sales & Business DevelopmentExecute the branch sales plan to achieve and exceed assigned targets.Monitor performance of team leaders and medical representatives.Ensure proper execution of coverage plans for maximum market penetration.Identify new key accounts and expand client base within the territory.Develop sales potential of suppliers (principals) and drive growth.2. Financial Management & ControlEnsure timely collection of invoices within the same month of sale.Manage client debts and resolve payment issues (e.g., bounced cheques).Monitor and control branch expenses with team leaders.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation cycle.3. Team Leadership & CommunicationCommunicate management instructions clearly (pricing, quotas, bonuses, etc.).Conduct regular checks to ensure proper understanding across the team.Coordinate with suppliers’ scientific offices to enhance product knowledge.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.4.
