Ramtrade’s long-standing presence and specialized market knowledge make it a stable and dynamic workplace for professionals in sales and distribution.Role Description The Branch Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for driving sales of batteries, and tires within the assigned branch and territory. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with existing dealers and resellers, and providing product information and support to customers. The role involves preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery, and monitoring stock levels and product displays at the branch. The Branch Sales Representative will track sales performance, report on market trends and competitor activities, and support promotional campaigns and brand initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with branch management and the wider sales team to meet revenue targets and uphold Ramtrade’s customer service standards.QualificationsSales and customer relationship skills, including negotiation, account management, and consultative selling in a B2c environment.Knowledge of automotive parts, batteries, and tires, with the ability to learn product specifications and explain technical features to customers.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with dealers, resellers, and internal teams.Basic business and analytical skills for preparing quotations, tracking sales performance, and reporting market observations.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer requests, follow up on orders, and maintain accurate records.Comfort working on-site in a branch environment, with readiness to visit customers and travel within Cairo or nearby areas as needed.Previous experience in field sales, branch sales, or distribution, preferably in the automotive or related sectors.Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and sales or inventory systems).High level of integrity, results orientation, and a commitment to delivering consistent, professional customer service.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline is an advantage.
