Core Responsibilities:- Proactively monitor branches WAN network to promptly identify, and resolve any branches network and system problems, performance issues.- Analyze and interpret network events, alarms and log files.- Escalate unresolved issues to the higher-level support teams according to the agreed policies and procedures.- Do the required configuration for any the WAN/LAN network hardware related to any branch.- Perform regular checks on network hardware and software to ensure all the configuration are consistent and all security measures are in place.- Promptly respond to service desk incidents for supporting/fixing any user 'network request/complain.Perform Branches network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations- Develop and provide reports on Branches network performance and utilization to management.- Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures
