Our Brand Manager will oversee commercial operations across Egypt and will work closely with store teams and retailers to ensure achievement of targets through advanced customer and people experience while also raising brand awareness.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development of the annual strategic plan and budget, ensuring alignment with brand vision and business objectivesParticipate in high-level strategic meetings with suppliers, marketing, merchandising, and regional teams to negotiate commercial terms (margins, activations, exclusivities) in line with brand positioningPartner closely with the Marketing team to define and implement an effective marketing mix across existing boutiques and new openings, ensuring a consistent luxury brand experienceOwn and monitor the allocated annual budget in collaboration with Finance, ensuring accurate tracking of performance and adherence to financial targetsOversee daily commercial operations to ensure achievement of sales, margin, and profitability targets, implementing corrective actions when requiredApprove brand mix and ensure seamless execution of store openings, closures, and renovations, while contributing to demand planning and stock optimizationMaintain strong, long-term relationships with brand owners, suppliers, and key business partners to support sustained growthNegotiate commercial targets, store locations, and brand support agreements with key stakeholdersChampion customer experience excellence through structured feedback mechanisms, surveys, and benchmark analysisReview and optimize cost efficiency; prepare budget updates and performance insights in collaboration with the General ManagerLead and participate in Sales and Retail Managers meetings to review counter performance, including sales, marketing initiatives, and team developmentMonitor market trends and competitor activity, translating insights into actionable strategies and ensuring timely executionEnsure flawless implementation of in-store marketing and brand animation guidelines in line with Chanel standardsAnalyse counter and brand profitability, tracking market share and identifying growth opportunitiesReview monthly performance reports including sales analysis, customer insights, traffic trends, and KPI performance, and define action plans accordWhat You’ll Need To SucceedStrong commercial background with solid financial acumenExcellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsAgile, data-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBuild and strengthen strategic brand partnerships while driving high-performing, engaged store teams through effective leadership.What We Can Offer YouWith us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
