Marketing Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and support business growth across the Construction, Utilities, and Industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, enhancing brand visibility, supporting business development activities, and positioning the company as a leading EPC contractor in the region.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.Manage corporate branding, market positioning, and communication activities.Identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities within the Energy, Utilities, and Industrial sectors.Support business development and tendering teams with marketing materials, presentations, and client engagement initiatives.Oversee the development of corporate profiles, project references, brochures, case studies, and promotional materials.Manage digital marketing activities, website content, social media platforms, and online campaigns.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.Organize and coordinate participation in industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking activities.Develop marketing reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for senior management.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent corporate messaging and brand representation.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering, or a related field.12+ years of experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, or Business Development, preferably within EPC, Energy, Utilities, Industrial, or Infrastructure sectors.Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.Strong understanding of B2B marketing and the EPC industry landscape.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in digital marketing, content development, and brand management.Strong analytical and market research capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/platforms.If interested, please send your updated resume in a PDF format to: jobs@madkour.com.eg mentioning the job title in the e-mail subject.
