We are seeking a talented and driven Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for one or more of our exciting ice cream brands, driving growth, market share, and consumer engagement.Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement annual brand plans, marketing calendars, and strategic initiatives aligned with overall business objectives and market insights.Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights gathering to identify opportunities, trends, and unmet consumer needs. Utilize data to inform brand strategy and product development.Product Lifecycle Management: Collaborate with R&D, supply chain, and sales teams to manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, growth, and potential rationalization.Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC): Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, ATL (Above-The-Line) and BTL (Below-The-Line) activities, in-store promotions, and PR. Manage agency relationships effectively.Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve brand objectives and deliver strong ROI.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on brand performance metrics (sales, market share, brand equity, campaign effectiveness) and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, trade marketing, R&D, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and initiatives.New Product Development & Innovation: Identify and champion new product opportunities, leading the innovation process from concept to commercialization.Brand Guardianship: Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and brand equity across all touchpoints.What We're Looking For:Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience:3+ years of progressive experience in brand management within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry, preferably with experience in food or beverage.Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drove brand growth and market share.Experience in managing full product lifecycles and leading new product development initiatives.
