Develop and execute annual brand plans and seasonal campaigns (e.g., Back-to-School, exam periods) to drive growth and brand equity.Lead integrated marketing activities across digital channels, retail (bookstores), and on-ground activations.Partner closely with the sales team to drive sell-out, optimize distribution, and enhance in-store visibility.Own end-to-end project management of marketing initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.Conduct market research and gather insights from teachers, students, and bookstore partners to inform strategy and innovation.Manage external agencies (creative, media, production) to ensure high-quality and consistent campaign delivery.Monitor and analyze performance metrics (sales, market share, campaign ROI) and continuously optimize activities 3+ years of experience in brand management or marketing (FMCG or education sector preferred).Strong execution capabilities with excellent project management skills.Proven experience collaborating with sales teams and managing field operations.Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
