You will serve as the Marketing Director’s main support on the ground across key GFF venues, monitoring printing deliverables, tracking vendor timelines, supervising brand ambassadors, and ensuring all visual branding looks clean and presentable throughout the festival.Key ResponsibilitiesAssistance to the Marketing Director:Support the Marketing Director in day-to-day administrative and operational marketing tasks.Maintain organized trackers (Excel/Sheets) for sponsor assets, artwork approvals, branding inventory, and production schedules.Serve as an extra set of eyes and ears on the ground during venue setup and festival days, delivering quick status updates to the Marketing Director.On-Ground Execution & Branding ChecksAssist in tracking the production, printing, delivery, and installation of physical branding assets (red-carpet step-and-repeats, direction signs, venue wraps, stage backdrops, and outdoor flags).Conduct daily morning walkthroughs across festival venues to inspect branding quality, report damaged items, and assist with immediate replacements or touch-ups.Help oversee the setup and daily readiness of sponsor lounges, sampling booths, photo spots, and activation zones.Vendor & On-Site SupportFollow up daily with printing houses, fabrication workshops, and staging crews to ensure deliverables arrive on schedule.Perform basic quality checks on printed and fabricated items upon delivery (checking colors, sizes, and print quality).Assist with load-in (setup) and load-out (breakdown) activities before and after the festival dates in El Gouna.Brand Ambassador CoordinationHelp brief, schedule, and distribute tasks to brand ambassadors, hostesses, and volunteers stationed at activation points and photo zones.Ensure on-site promotional teams are fully equipped with required materials, uniforms, and guidelines.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: 1–2 years of experience in BTL marketing, event coordination, agency internships, or university event organizing.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.Energy & Resilience: High stamina and enthusiasm for working long hours on foot during event setups and live festival days.Mobility: Full flexibility to relocate temporarily to El Gouna during the setup, festival, and breakdown period (typically 2–3 weeks on site).Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).Skills & TraitsProficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and basic organizing software.Strong communication skills with an eagerness to learn vendor management and event operations.Practical mindset with quick problem-solving initiative under high-pressure live conditions.
