Business Analyst

 Assist in market research and data collection in Egypt/Middle East property market, sort out industry trends, policy and competition information. Analyze market data and business performance, provide data support for marketing and business development strategies. Prepare commercial quotation proposals for new project market expansion Assist in sorting out client and project data, maintain business development ledgers and update progressSupport business negotiation and project follow-up, collect and organize relevant business materials. Monitor industry and policy changes, feedback key information and assist in strategy adjustment.Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by leaders. 1-2 years of working experience in property management is preferred; with basic understanding of the Egypt and Middle East market.Prior experience in data analysis in the Middle East (Egypt) is preferred; with basic knowledge of the local property management industry.Bachelor’s degree required; majors in Financial Management, Data Analysis and other related disciplines are preferred. Good communication, careful; able to complete tasks independently under guidance. Proficient in Office; capable of data sorting, simple marketing report and document writing. Excellent English & Arabic bilingual skills; able to draft documents and conduct bilingual negotiations preferred.
