You will be the bridge between business and technology - translating the real operational challenges of a telecom and fintech company into structured requirements that data scientists, engineers, and automation developers can act on.ROLE MISSIONTranslate business problems into clear AI, analytics, and automation requirements.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESGather and document requirements for AI and automation initiatives across telecom operations (customer care, provisioning, billing) and fintech services (KYC, loan origination, payment reconciliation)Identify and prioritise AI use cases including churn prevention, fraud detection, credit scoring, and network optimisationDefine success metrics and KPIs to measure business impact of AI and automation solutionsMap current-state processes and design future-state workflows that incorporate AI model outputs and automated decisionsSupport delivery teams throughout development, testing, and deployment to ensure solutions meet business needsMUST-HAVE SKILLSBusiness analysis (requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping)Data-driven problem solvingStakeholder management and communicationNICE-TO-HAVEExperience in telecom or fintech domainsFamiliarity with Agile delivery (Jira, Azure DevOps)Understanding of AI/ML concepts and use case feasibility assessmentCBAP or PMI-PBA certification
