This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong SAP functional background and proven experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG), capable of managing data scope, quality, governance, cleansing, validation, and migration activities across multiple business functions.The successful candidate will work closely with functional leads, business stakeholders, and the central program team to ensure critical master and transactional data is accurate, complete, and ready for testing, cutover, and go-live.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the Data workstream for the Egypt SAP template roll-outDefine and manage the data strategy, scope, project plan, and readiness activities throughout the project lifecycleDrive data cleansing, enrichment, validation, mapping, and migration tracking across key master and transactional data objectsWork closely with functional leads and business stakeholders to define data requirements, ownership, governance, and quality controlsSupport data object assessments, migration templates, load preparation, reconciliation, and defect resolutionCoordinate master data and transactional data readiness in line with testing, cutover, deployment, and go-live milestonesLeverage SAP functional knowledge to understand business processes, data dependencies, and critical business requirements across workstreamsSupport Data Governance and SAP MDG processes to ensure master data consistency and qualityTrack data risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness status, escalating where requiredProvide regular reporting on data quality, migration progress, reconciliation results, and overall project readinessRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related fieldSAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP Data Migration certification is a plus7+ years of experience in SAP Data Management, Data Migration, or Master Data ManagementMinimum 2 years of experience leading SAP data workstreams or data migration teamsProven experience in at least one full SAP implementation or global template roll-out projectHands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is mandatoryExperience with SAP S/4HANA data migration projects is highly preferredMust-Have Requirements7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP data management, data migration, or master data managementProven hands-on experience leading data activities in SAP implementation or SAP template roll-out programsStrong SAP functional background with the ability to understand end-to-end business processes and data dependenciesMandatory hands-on experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)Strong experience in data cleansing, profiling, validation, mapping, migration, reconciliation, and data readiness trackingStrong understanding of SAP master data and transactional data structures across multiple functional areasExperience defining data governance processes, ownership models, and data quality controlsExperience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities from a data perspectiveStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across business, functional, and technical teamsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced project environmentFluent in English, both written and spokenGood-to-Have RequirementsExperience in FMCG industry environmentsExperience in global SAP template roll-out programsFamiliarity with enterprise data governance frameworks and master data quality managementExperience coordinating with functional, integration, testing, and technical teamsExperience with SAP S/4HANA data migration tools and methodologiesKnowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, or similar SAP data migration toolsSAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, or related SAP certifications
