Business Analyst & Project Management Associate (PMO) in Arqaam Cairo

Role Profile- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Management Associate to support our firm's PMO team. This Egypt-based role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and technology-driven projects across our regional offices.The ideal candidate will have experience in financial services or capital markets, particularly in Cash Equities and Fixed Income, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Computer Science, or a related field.• Experience in a PMO or project coordination role, preferably within financial services or capital markets.• Experienced in Project Business Analysis and requirements gathering and understanding.• Familiarity with Cash Equities, Fixed Income, and brokerage operations is highly desirable.• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, Visio, SharePoint).• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.• PRINCE2, or PMP certification.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Management Office in managing and tracking project portfolios.Assist in the Project Business Analysis and maintenance of project documentation, including charters, timelines, risk registers, and stakeholder reports.Monitor project milestones and escalate risks or delays to the PMO Lead.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and action items.Ensure adherence to internal project governance frameworks and industry best practices.Generate regular dashboards and performance reports for senior management.Collaborate with teams across Egypt, UAE, and other regions to ensure alignment and timely delivery.Contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the PMO.
