Job PurposeThe Business Analyst will serve as the bridge between business needs and digital solutions, working closely with stakeholders and Hubs to ensure systems and software align with business objectives.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze requirements.Convert business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.Perform gap analysis to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.Identify and drive process improvements, following the solution direction process with regional and global teams.Ensure that local solution designs align with business goals and global standards, validating them with both business and technology teams.Work with Hub, Regional, and Global D&T teams to design or enhance end-to-end business solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.Help develop business cases for innovation projects by conducting cost-benefit analyses and ROI modeling.Collaborate with business representatives (BPOs and functional managers), under the guidance of the D&T Lead, to deliver and support projects that enable effective business processes.Oversee solution delivery dependencies and coordinate closely with stakeholders across Global and Regional D&T, business functions, and external partners.With support of D&T Lead, manage vendors and budgets for locally developed solutions, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with ISMA and Information Security standards in coordination with the Cyber Security Officer.Experience & Profile 4/5+ years experience required in a similar role and in a international environment; ideally with experience both in local and global teamsBachelor degree in fields such as Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Professional certifications in project management, data analytics, or specific digital technologies can be advantageous.Experienced across a wide range of Information Technology disciplines including Project Management, Business Information Management, Consultancy, Service management and Improvement, Software DevelopmentDemonstrated experience in leading digital transformation in a complex business environment.HowExcellent interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective D&T solutions.Strong leadership skills, capable of driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a commitment to operational excellence.#addjob
