Our experienced team of global security professionals helps businesses understand their risks and build resilience from the inside out, giving them the confidence to focus on what matters most: innovation and business growth.Responsibilities Lead and support Crisis Management activities, including preparedness, response coordination, and crisis governanceDesign, implement, and manage Business Continuity Management (BCM) programsConduct Business Impact Assessments (BIA), including hands-on execution and stakeholder engagementDevelop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and crisis response plansSupport and operate Crisis Management and Business Continuity platforms/toolsApply and align practices with ISO 22301 (BCMS) and ISO 22300 standardsBridge Crisis Management and Business Continuity practices to ensure an integrated resilience approachCollaborate with client stakeholders across risk, compliance, operations, and leadershipQualificationJob QualificationsStrong hands-on experience in Crisis Management, Business Continuity, or bothDirect experience executing Business Impact Assessments (BIA)Experience working with Business Continuity platforms/toolsExperience working with Crisis Management platformsAbility to effectively connect and integrate crisis response and business continuity planningCertifications & StandardsStrong knowledge of ISO 22301 – Business Continuity Management SystemsFamiliarity with ISO 22300 terminology and principlesCrisis-related certifications are a strong plusAttachments
