We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth across residential and commercial interior design and engineering projects. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, building strategic relationships, and converting prospects into successful design and fit-out projects while supporting the company’s expansion goals.Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential and commercial interior design, fit-out, and engineering sectors. • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, market research, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships. • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, consultants, real estate companies, retail brands, hospitality operators, and corporate clients. • Conduct meetings, presentations, and project pitches to showcase company services and capabilities. • Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with design and technical teams to develop tailored proposals. • Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers. • Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through negotiation and project closing. • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to strengthen company positioning and client acquisition. • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular business performance reports.Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • 2–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or client acquisition (experience in interior design, architecture, engineering, or fit-out is preferred). • Strong understanding of residential and commercial project workflows and client expectations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and close high-value opportunities. • Fluent in English and Arabic.Preferred Skills • Lead Generation & Prospecting • Relationship Management • Proposal Development • Negotiation & Closing • Market Research • CRM Management • Strategic Partnerships • Client Presentation SkillsKPI’s • Number of qualified leads generated • Project conversion rate • Revenue achieved • Number of client meetings conducted • Proposal-to-close ratio • Client retention and satisfactionIndustriesInterior Design • Architecture • Engineering • Fit-Out • Residential • Commercial • Hospitality • RetailEmployment Type: Full-TimeDepartment: Business DevelopmentThis version works well for company hiring posts, LinkedIn, website careers page, or internal HR documents.Bd
