(B2B and B2C)Proactively seek new business opportunities through email, calls, networking, and online platformsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leadsArrange meetings and present the company’s servicesGenerate leads and follow up until closing dealsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clientsCoordinate with the design team to understand project requirementsSupport in preparing proposals and pricingClearly explain our firm value in architectural design and BIM-based execution drawingsWork closely with the design team to understand project scopeAlign client expectations with internal capabilitiesTrack progress of opportunities and deals Background in Architecture or Engineering (preferred)5–10 years of experience in business development or salesExperience in real estate, construction, and design firms is a strong advantageStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated and target-driven personalityExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong networking and relationship-building skillsAbility to understand technical architectural servicesSales mindset with strong follow-up disciplineAbility to work independently and achieve targets
