We help educators automate repetitive tasks, provide actionable feedback, and track student progress more effectively.We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Business Development Associate to help us grow our network of schools, teachers, and institutional partners.Role OverviewAs a Business Development Associate, you’ll support our growth by identifying new opportunities, reaching out to schools and educators, running product demos, managing relationships, and supporting the sales cycle from first conversation to onboarding.What You’ll DoLead Generation & Outreach: Identify and research potential schools, teachers, and education partners. Build a strong pipeline through outreach, referrals, events, networking, and personalized campaigns.Product Demos & Discovery Meetings: Schedule and conduct product demos with teachers, school leaders, and administrators, tailoring each conversation to their needs and challenges.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools & educators, acting as a trusted advisor supporting long-term retention and expansion.CRM & Pipeline Management: Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, deal stages, and follow-ups in our CRM. Support weekly and monthly sales reporting.Market Feedback: Collect insights from educators and schools to help improve our sales, marketing, and product strategies.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of B2B sales, business development, or partnerships experience.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
