The person in this role will proactively reach out to prospective customers by phone, introduce AIContentfy’s solutions, and qualify leads based on their needs and readiness to adopt the platform. Daily responsibilities include building and updating lead lists, conducting structured cold calls, following up on inbound and outbound leads, and scheduling product demos or meetings for the sales team. The role involves researching target markets, understanding prospects’ content and SEO challenges, and clearly communicating how AIContentfy can help. The Business Development specialist will also document all interactions in the CRM, collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging, and provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle high-volume calling in a professional, courteous manner.Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify, prioritize, and qualify potential customers in target segments.Solid Analytical Skills to assess prospect needs, interpret call outcomes, and report on performance metrics and conversion rates.Previous experience in business development, telesales, or cold calling, preferably in SaaS, marketing technology, or related fields.Comfort working with CRM tools and basic productivity software to track pipelines and maintain accurate records.Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment.Fluency in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required if experience is equivalent.
