Manage the full recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).Post job openings on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.Maintain recruitment reports and database. Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.English level B2 or higher is a must.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Wuzzuf, etc.).Basic knowledge of HR processes is a plus.
