Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Business Development department. This role is responsible for collecting, reviewing, and analyzing daily reports from the Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams, ensuring CRM accuracy, coordinating internal workflows, and providing timely reports to the Commercial Director. The ideal candidate has excellent coordination skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive mindset similar to a Scrum Master—keeping teams aligned, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.ResponsibilitiesCollect daily activity sheets and reports from the Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Sales teams.Review, validate, and analyze daily data to ensure accuracy and completeness.Prepare consolidated reports and dashboards for the Commercial Director.Monitor team KPIs and highlight risks, delays, or inconsistencies.Follow up with the Business Development team to ensure daily tasks and deliverables are completed.Ensure all team members update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.Identify missing or inaccurate CRM data and follow up until it is resolved.Coordinate communication between Business Development, Pre-Sales, Sales, and other internal stakeholders.Track action items, deadlines, and ongoing initiatives across the department.Facilitate daily or weekly follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and accountability.Support process improvements to enhance team productivity and reporting efficiency.Maintain organized documentation and ensure reports are submitted on time.Assist the Commercial Director with administrative and operational coordination as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in coordination, operations, sales support, business development support, or project coordination.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, or similar).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of Agile or Scrum principles.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.Familiarity with KPI tracking and performance reporting.Experience creating dashboards and management reports.SkillsStrong coordination and follow-up skillsAnalytical thinking and attention to detailData analysis and reportingCRM managementProcess-oriented mindsetProblem-solving skillsTime managementAccountability and ownershipCommunication and stakeholder managementTeam collaborationMicrosoft Excel / Google SheetsAbility to work under pressureWhat we're Looking forThe ideal candidate is someone who naturally keeps everyone organized and accountable.
