We're Hiring: Business Development Engineer – Fit-Out & Construction📍 Location: Maadi, Cairo🏢 Industry: Construction & Interior Fit-Out🕒 Job Type: Full-time🔹 About the RoleAtlantide Construction is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Engineer to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in fit-out and finishing companies, with a strong understanding of the construction market and the ability to develop long-term business relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and developers.This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, expanding the company’s network, and supporting the company’s growth within the retail, F&B, commercial, and administrative sectors.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the fit-out and construction market.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, project managers, and developers.Generate qualified leads and arrange business meetings and presentations.Present company profile, capabilities, and technical proposals professionally.Coordinate with estimation and technical teams during tendering and proposal stages.Follow up on leads, negotiations, and project opportunities until closing.Support in market research and competitor analysis.Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.Maintain regular reporting on sales pipeline, opportunities, and market feedback.🔹 Requirements2–5 years of previous experience in Business Development or Sales within Fit-Out / Interior Finishing companies is a MUST.Strong understanding of the construction and interior finishing industry.Existing network within the real estate, retail, F&B, commercial, or contracting sectors is highly preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented personality.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Valid driver’s license is a plus.🔹 Compensation & BenefitsAttractive basic salary + performance-based commission.Mobile allowance.Transportation allowance / company car based on performance.Professional growth and career development opportunities.🔹 How to Apply📩 Send your CV to:Info@atlantide-construction.com📌 Subject Line:Business Development Engineer ApplicationAtlantide ConstructionBuilding Spaces.
