Overseas Talent Match (OTM) is hiring a Business Development Executive for one of our clients in the Construction Field.The Business Development Executive should lead market entry and revenue generation in Egypt, owns the full business development lifecycle, from market intelligence and relationship building to securing contracts and managing client relationships.Key Responsibilities1. Market Development & StrategyMap and continuously refine the construction and development ecosystem in EgyptIdentify key developers, general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and decision-makersAnalyze how target companies award contracts and structure procurement processesDevelop and execute a targeted go-to-market strategy to secure projects2. Business Development & Sales ExecutionLead the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to contract awardIdentify, pursue, and secure project opportunities aligned with Urban D&C capabilitiesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesPosition Urban D&C competitively within bid processes and negotiations3. Relationship ManagementBuild strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders across developers, contractors, and industry networksAct as the primary point of contact for all clients and partners in EgyptEstablish Urban D&C as a credible, high-quality international partner4. Account Management & GrowthManage client relationships post-award to ensure satisfaction and repeat businessIdentify opportunities to expand scope within existing accountsSupport project teams to ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery5.
