You'll often be the first credible touchpoint for senior decision-makers, listening for the real need, shaping the right solution with our consultants and trainers, and building the kind of trust that becomes a long-term partnership.What you'll do • Identify and qualify new opportunities across priority sectors and accounts • Open and nurture relationships with corporate clients and senior decision-makers • Prepare for and support client meetings, proposals, and disciplined follow-up • Research target accounts and market signals to sharpen our outreach • Work closely with consultants and trainers to shape commercially sound solutions • Keep your pipeline clean, current, and moving, and represent our brand with maturity and credibility.What we're looking for • 3–5 years in business development, B2B sales, client engagement, or account management • Experience selling consulting, training / L&D, HR services, professional services, SaaS or corporate solutions is a strong advantage • Clear, confident written and spoken communication in English and Arabic • Real commercial curiosity, and the discipline to follow through • Structure, ownership, and attention to detail; you finish what you start • The ambition to grow within a premium consulting and learning environmentWe're less interested in who sounds the most "salesy," and more in who can think, structure, build trust, and grow.
