We are looking for a motivated Sales & Account Manager with hands-on experience in events, marketing, and advertising. The ideal candidate will drive new business opportunities and manage client accounts end-to-end, ensuring smooth project delivery through close coordination with the internal team. Job Description:Identify and acquire new business opportunities.Manage and grow existing client.Manage the projects with the clients starting from briefing, de-briefing to the team and follow-up on execution.Coordinate with different department for the projects, Creation, development, budget and collection.Prepare sales proposals, financial quotations, and presentations for the different projects.Monitor project progress, budgets, and deliverables.Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to represent the company professionally.Attend the events/activations setup and manage the flow of the activation.Achieve and exceed sales and account retention targets.Implement the company strategy on all sales domains.Prepare the weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports. Bachelor’s degree.Excellent verbal and written English / Arabic communication skills. 3-5 years of experience in sales and account management in events, marketing and advertisment.Having a driving licenseStrong knowledge of event production, marketing campaigns, and advertising solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Proactive, self-driven, and solutions-oriented mindset.Strong capability in project management and clients servicing.Worked before on simple softwares and digital applicationsGood experience about event items production.Good experience on AV.
