A technology-based company is looking to hire an AV/IT Technical Operator who will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio-visual systems, including projectors, LED displays, touch screens, cameras, microphones, lighting systems, and control software. The role also involves setup and management of activations on-site for the operating applications to ensure smooth integration and high-quality media delivery during events, meetings, or installations.Job Description:Setup and operate different technologies, Applications and AV equipment.Interact with audience during the activation time and facilitate the activation operation.Troubleshoot any on-site issues related to application, networks or devices.Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all devices. Maintain accurate logs of technical faults, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Assist in installing new devices and technologies.Guarantee the safe transportation of equipment and work involves physical setup and lifting of equipment.Coordinate with event planners, production teams, and developers to ensure smooth on-site setup and operations. Job RequirementsGraduate degree with proven experience (3+ years) in AV or IT operation and maintenanceStrong understanding of different screens sizes and resolutions, lighting control, PC setups and maintenance, Software and applications management. Hands-on experience with PC management and networking (LAN/WAN, routers, IP addressing).Well organized and backing-up capabilities.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and events as required.
