Operating at the forefront of PCM technology, Rubitherm LLC strives to provide high-quality products and services for its clients.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth for our PCM-based temperature-controlled solutions used in transporting temperature-sensitive products.This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, expanding into new markets (locally and internationally), and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, generate, and qualify new leads through research, outreach, and strategic targetingProactively engage with decision-makers to introduce and promote the company’s cold chain solutionsDevelop and execute targeted outreach strategies to attract and engage potential clientsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM systemBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up, ensuring long-term engagement and trustAnalyze market needs and identify competitive advantages of PCM solutions, translating insights into targeted go-to-market strategiesQualifications2-5 years of expertise in Business Development and Lead Generation.Background in cold chain logistics, pharmaceutical distribution, or food logistics is preferredExperience in export sales, international markets, or working with exporters is highly preferred.Strong proficiency in Business strategies and Account ManagementStrong communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilitiesBeing Self-driven and results-orientedFamiliarity with CRM systems and ability to effectively manage sales pipelinesFluency in English is a must.
