We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients across the fragrance, cosmetics, and skincare sectors. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, conducting market research, preparing commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets while contributing to the company's expansion and brand growth.Key Responsibilities:Generate new business opportunities and acquire clients.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.Achieve sales and revenue targets.Conduct market and competitor analysis.Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and business growth.Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.Experience in Fragrance, Cosmetics, Skincare, or Personal Care is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.Fluent in Arabic and English. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Chemistry or a related field.2–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.Previous experience in the fragrance, perfume oils, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, or beauty industry is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of fragrance notes, body mists, perfumes, skincare products, and cosmetic market trends.Demonstrated ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and achieve sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.Strong relationship-building and customer management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, sales reports, and market analysis.Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, and business meetings (preferred).Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as within a team.Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
