JOB PURPOSE:Sales and New Business Manager will drive agency growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities across various industries. This role leads outreach efforts, identifies & responds to RFPs and builds strong new client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring a strong commercial mindset, and a proven track record in revenue generation within the advertising sector.2- RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:● Conduct outreach and identify qualified leads in line with the annual new business strategy, while leading on commercial proposals and required documentation.● Achieve revenue targets by uncovering new market opportunities and presenting tailored service offerings in collaboration with the team.● Regularly update the sales pipeline, report key insights, and refine strategies to align with business objectives.● Monitor market trends and competitors to develop proactive, customized briefs based on client needs in Egypt and the broader GCC region (as needed).● Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, engaging new clients and agency partners to deliver impactful solutions.● Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.3- WORK CONTACTS:Internal Direct communication with Account Management, Creatives, Production, Media Buying, Consumer Insights ,and FinanceExternal Different clients4- JOB SPECIFICATIONS:EducationBachelor’s degree in related fieldExperienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in new business development within advertising ormarketing industry Skills● Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, with a strong focus on lead generation and new business opportunities in digital and/or advertising.● Demonstrated ability to identify and convert leads through insight-driven commercial proposals.● Strong understanding of industry dynamics and emerging trends in Egypt and the broader GCC region.● Track record of developing and executing effective sales strategies that drive measurable growth.● Proficient in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.● Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across departments in a fast-paced environment.● Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.Working ConditionsThe work environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven
