Business Development Manager – IT Outsourcing & System Integration📍 Egypt / GCC Region · Full-time · 10+ years experienceAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT Outsourcing, System Integration, Digital Transformation, and Managed Services. You will drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and manage enterprise customer relationships across the Egypt, Africa, and GCC markets.The ideal candidate brings strong industry knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven record of selling technology solutions and professional services to enterprise customers.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in Outsourcing, System Integration, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation.Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.Develop strategic relationships with enterprise customers, telecom operators, government entities, and system integrators.Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, qualification, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution workshops.Account ManagementManage key enterprise accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.Understand customer business requirements and propose suitable technology solutions.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across existing accounts.Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project delivery coordination.Partnerships & AlliancesBuild strategic partnerships with technology vendors and channel partners.Coordinate with vendors on pricing, deal registration, certifications, and joint go-to-market activities.Develop alliances with telecom operators, cloud providers, and IT service providers.Potential ecosystem partners include: Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Huawei, and Kaspersky.Market ExpansionIdentify new market segments and emerging business opportunities.Conduct market research and competitor analysis.Develop go-to-market strategies for new services and solutions.Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.Proposal & Commercial ManagementPrepare commercial proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and solution presentations.Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to build winning solutions.Negotiate contracts, pricing models, SLAs, and commercial terms.Ensure profitability and alignment with company objectives.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.MBA is a plus.ExperienceMinimum 10 years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within: IT Outsourcing, System Integration, Managed Services, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting.Proven experience working with enterprise and government customers.Strong understanding of ICT solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and software services.GCC/Africa market experience is highly preferred.An existing network within telecom, enterprise, or government sectors is a strong advantage.
