ManagementIndependently manage, support, and further develop key retail accounts.Build long-term, trust-based relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.Ensure customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Lead Generation & Business DevelopmentProactively source, research, and qualify new leads in the retail sector.Approach potential clients through various channels and converting leads to tangible business opportunities.Establish, nurture, and retain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.Market Share Growth & PenetrationContribute to increasing the company’s market share and maintaining its leadership position through targeted market penetration strategies.Identify new projects that support business expansion.New Customer & Project Acquisition (MENA)Take responsibility for acquiring and developing new customers and projects in the MENA region.Develop tailored sales strategies and value propositions for each market and customer profile.Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.Retail Sector ExpansionActively acquire new customers and project specifically in the retail environment (e.g., shopfitting, store concepts, interior solutions).Understand retail client needs and translate them into suitable product and service offerings.Regional Customer SupportSupport and further develop existing regional retail customers with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.Act as the main point of contact for all sales-related topics in the region.Market & Competitor AnalysisContinuously monitor market developments, trends, and customer needs in the retail and interior sectors.Prepare structured market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.Provide regular feedback to management and headquarters on market insights.Portfolio & Territory ManagementActively manage the product and service portfolio within MENA region to ensure optimal market coverage.Recommend adjustments to the offer based on customer feedback, competition, and market dynamics.Implement measures to increase regional market penetration and profitability.Collaboration with Global Sales (HQ)Work closely with the global sales team at headquarters to align regional strategies with global objectives.Share best practices, support key projects, and ensure consistent brand and sales standards.Budgeting, Forecasting & ReportingActively participate in the annual budgeting process and take responsibility for achieving agreed sales targets.Prepare reliable sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.Provide regular, structured reports on sales performance, sales pipeline status, and market activities to management.Reseller ManagementManage, support, and develop resellers within MENA region.Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear targets, and provide ongoing guidance and training.Ensure brand presence and sales activities are consistent with company standards.Sales Pipeline ManagementMaintain, update, and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure transparency of all ongoing opportunities.Prioritize opportunities according to strategic relevance and probability of closure.Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform any additional tasks related to managing sales activities as assigned by management.Act as an ambassador of the company at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings as requiredQualifications & RequirementsEducation & Professional BackgroundBachelor’s degree in business related field.A consistent, stable track record in sales, ideally in shopfitting, interior solutions, or product-related sales.Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant sales experience within the region.Proven experience in the retail industry, ideally with established contacts and deep market understanding.Working Style & Personal AttributesIndependent, structured, and self-motivated working style with a strong sense of responsibility.Team-oriented mindset with a clear focus on achieving targets and delivering results.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all hierarchical levels.Flexible, analytical, and conceptual thinker with a strong drive to explore new opportunities and innovative approaches.High willingness to travel frequently within the region as required by business needs.Language & IT SkillsFluent in English at contract and negotiation level (both written and spoken).Additional local
